Our estate grown Merlot brings soft fruity aromas of black cherry and raspberries in concert with cloves and vanilla to your dinner table. Aging in French oak barrels for 9 months yields a full-bodied wine with soft, silky tannins that pair well with many dishes, including beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and cheeses (blue, cheddar, gorgonzola).
An award-winning, full-bodied powerful wine that pairs well with rich grilled meats, peppery sauces, and dishes that have a robust flavor to match. Blackberry, black currant, spices, and graphite are common descriptors of this wine. Aged in French oak barrels for 14 months and cellared for 3 years prior to release.
A proprietary blend of estate grown Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon that provides a distinct intermediary between the two components. A bit bolder than Merlot, but softer on the palate than our signature Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels 14 months. Notes of black cherry, plum and a bit of vanilla.
